Typical deliverables: – Tender documents and a query schedule – Normalised tender comparison – Recommendation, with qualifications called out – Record of any post-tender adjustment What we need before starting – Drawings and a specification current enough to measure – A decision on whether the pricing document is a bill or a schedule – Package boundaries, if more than one contractor will price the work This note does not set a fee, a programme or a form of appointment. Those follow a conversation, once the drawings and the side of the contract are clear. James Professional Services Limited · Company no. 13286658 · Newport
